Name: Marisela Ramirez, 32
Location: Ross, Northwoods Shopping Center

You’re dressed very nice for a hot Sunday afternoon.

This is my church attire. I came after church, shopping for a black tank top. We have to change for night choir.

Where do you go to church?

Cornerstone.

How would you describe your style?

Conservative. I like to be trendy, but not too much.

Your shirt and vest, is that two pieces or one?

I’ve noticed a lot of them in the stores are one piece that look like two. It’s two pieces. I like them separate.

Your look for church today, is that something you would normally wear during the week, too?

I normally wear business suits to work and to church, but today it was so hot I decided to wear this. This is something I would also wear to work.

Do you wear a lot of black and white?

I wear a lot of black, but with different colors.

Do you also carry your black purse year-round?

I have a lot of purses. I change them to match my shoes. If I’m were wearing red shoes, I would carry a red purse.

Is there anything else you’d like to say about your style?

My daughter, she’s 15 and she usually goes into my closet, so I can say I try to be stylish. She helps me a lot, too.
