Tobin Hill
Where: Between McCullough Avenue and U.S. 281 just north of downtown

Why live there? Tobin Hill is a charming historic district beginning to be revitalized, so there are still affordable fixer-uppers available. It’s close to downtown, U.S. 281 and bars and restaurants on North St. Mary’s Street.
