There are many wonderful things about "The Lake," including dedicated faculty and staff, but the students here are different from any others I've encountered in my many years of being a student and an educator. They make The Lake their home and treat it with respect and talk of it with pride. I know the school will come back stronger than ever.

I am overcome with grief over this awful tragedy. I will be graduating on May 17th with my master's degree from OLLU and I can't explain the sadness that I feel right now.
