LEONA LEWIS SPIRIT
LOWDOWN: It would be easy enough to call “X Factor” winner Lewis a Simon Cowell-sponsored Mariah wannabe and move on. Yet there's her debut single, “Bleeding Love,” sitting at the top of the pop charts, keeping the spot warm for the real Mariah's “Touch My Body.” One reason: “American Idol” winners (“X Factor” is a British “Idol” sequel) are rarely given such an effective showcase for their vocal prowess. Soon enough you'll be sick of Lewis' Cover Girl mane, but for now she sounds like a guilty pleasure.
