Our favorite college basketball coaches

MIKE KRZYZEWSKI: Probably the best college basketball coach currently in the game, Coach K is notorious for taking players of lower athletic caliber and consistently getting them into the Sweet 16 and beyond. He does this by emphasizing team over individuality, and if various reports are correct, perpetual use of the F-word “f**k” during sideline rants. And yes, for the record, we had to Google “Coach K” to learn how to properly spell his name.

BOB KNIGHT: Like the crazy old uncle who occasionally gets drunk and ruins Thanksgiving dinner, Knight is entertaining, if a bit volatile. But unlike Kelvin SampsonÖ, at least Knight never got popped for multiple NCAA infractions during his tenure at Indiana.

ROY WILLIAMS: While at Kansas, Williams once told a reporter, “I could give a s**t” about the North Carolina job.” Soon after those comments, he took the North Carolina job. Other than that, by all accounts an honest guy.

BILL SELF: Because it's refreshing to see a guy out there who still rocks the toupee.

SCOTT DREW: For somehow making Baylor – Baylor!! – relevant in basketball.
