Names: Laura Nunn, 38, and Eden Nunn, 4
Location: San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo You look very glamorous. Thank you! I've always loved fashion; I used to model many years ago. Really? For whom? I started way back in 1985 on the Ingram Park Mall Teen Board. From that, I did a lot of modeling for Foley's and Dillard's fashion shows, as well as some print work. I kept it up for several years until 1996, even doing some plus-size modeling. Why'd you stop? I went to college, earned a business degree, got married and started a family. (Modeling) was fun, and I'll always love fashion — in fact, I used to think I'd be a fashion designer. So you must be keeping tabs on what's going on at New York Fashion Week. Oh, yeah, I always do, even though I'm not really into the super trendy things. I prefer clothes that are comfortable and that make me feel and look good. I don't buy things just because they're so of-the-moment. It is evident that you put a lot of thought into what you wear. Thank you, but I think I spend more time — and have more fun — dressing my daughter. She looks very rodeo chic too ..... I love the hat! I, well, we picked out her hat and shirt together. We're regular rodeo-goers. Jeanie Tavitas-Williams | 210SA Contributor |
