Perfect for a date, who'll swoon from your subtle sense of sophistication, and perfect for you, who'll take advantage of the wide leather seats and dark nooks. Otherwise, you'll meet classy types with sensuous appetites. WALLET HANGOVER: Prepare to be wiped. The cigars are flavorful but way overpriced. The specialties are martinis, priced at $6.75-$8.50, and scotch, running $12-$18.
