Judging from the show at Lonestar Pavilion at Sunset Station on Monday night, two bands don’t necessarily have to sound like one another to combine for one hell of a performance.
From the outset on Sunday night, it was obvious that Kenny Chesney’s headlining performance of the Flip Flop Summer Tour wasn’t going to be a typical honkytonk, boots and hat type of country show.
